Interior Lights Out! Please Help!
Okay, so I was installing footwell LED's in my car, and I successfully installed the passenger side. When I got to the drivers side, the negative and positive wires were very hard to reach, I tried to be a little quick and was cutting the casing over the wires on the negative and positive and I saw some sort of electric current, and heard a "bzzzt!" and after that all my interior LED's went out. Including the passenger footwell lights.

Look in your owners manual. There are usually 2 fuse box locations. One in the engine bay and the other, usually under the driver side panel. I didn't open mine yet so not sure, but its like that on all cars.
Pull each fuse out with the given fuse puller, then check each one. If the fuse is out, you can see the connection is broke via the clear window.

Yep, you blew a fuse.
Bust out your manual, flip to the rear index and find the right page for the fuses. The pages have drawings of the the fuse boxes and what each fuse is for. Find out which fuse(s) control the interior lights and then pull those out and check to see if they are blown. Just FYI, most of the fuses in our car are low profile, so they aren't your standard size fuses. If you have to go to your local autoparts store for them, they aren't that cheap lol...i had to pay $9.99 for a pack of only 10amp fuses
