The gfx lip came on my IS350 and I swapped for a cf one, the only holes are on the side of the lower bumper for extra support, the tabs are merely glued on. I just took mine off then checked the fit before I added the cf lip, the gfx still fit fine without those tabs. So I would say get it and take off the tabs and then you won't have to make any holes.

Yes I will search SEWELL for a rear GFX lip.
I guess an added 3M tape will be good!

After the install no height adjustment. Straight install out of the box.
So far on my way home ride is excellent. No Noises whatsoever. Will be doing a review once i get a few thousand miles on 'em.
