A few years ago I flew from California to Dallas TX to purchase a used Cadillac from Sewell. I was very impressed with the entire process. Truly a class act! It's kind of funny, my first car from Sewell Lexus was a Cadillac.
My car was bought at Sewell Lexus and their focus on the customer experience is second to none. With my car, I received (amongst many other takeaways) Carl Sewell's book, "Customers for Life," and I would recommend it to you guys. It's obvious that they get it, while so many others don't.
The Lexus experience, in general, is worlds above the others - from a customer standpoint, in my opinion (obviously I'm biased, but still). I've seen the difference between Benz (my Dad had an S-Class) and BMW (my brother's M5), and I will take Lexus any day over the others. Even with my non-flagship IS350, the service is worlds above what I saw from M-B and BMW.

I found the same with BMW and Mercedes Benz - especially at their dealerships. ...both companies dealerships treated me like i didn't have the money to buy one of their cars. Yet after i left they would repeatedly call to make a sale. Lexus dealerships really won me over with their customer service
One particular incident stands out.... I had my older brother's M5 for about 1.5 years when he was deployed in Afghanistan, and I took it to BMW for an oil change. I sat in their queue for quite some time before anyone even greeted me! I was in an M5 with Virginia plates for God's sake (obvious that I needed assistance and that the car wasn't from here), and in their service drive you could definitely hear the rumble of the M5. The point is that I was in one of the most expensive cars that they build and when i needed help, several employees just walked by without saying a word. Sure, they looked at the car and smiled, but nothing!
At Lexus, you are greeted by anyone and everyone. "Good morning sir/how are you/has anyone already visited with you/do you need me to help/can I get someone for you?" That is pretty much how every single employee who makes eye contact will ask at Lexus. And to take my point further, (as far as price is concerned, I could have bought two of my IS350s for one of the M5s) no matter what lexus you roll up in, you are treated like gold! Granted, I haven't seen anyone pull up in an LF-A yet!!
Helps to have a warehouse in the area though. I'll probably get my stuff on Weds.
I was dead on...got my Fsport hat and leather fob covers today. Also had to get the perforated leather OE shift ****. Love'n it all! Thanks for the great deals Sewell!
It's so funny, just a few months ago everyone was upset that Sewell was a rip off and talked nothing but negative about them. Now, everyone is on my side with positive reviews! Where were you guys a few months ago sticking up for Sewell?????! They rule! My pedal's will be here tomorrow!!
I thought Sewell had a video on how to install them (I just looked at their website and couldn't find it). I watched the video and it didn't seem very difficult. The gas pedal was much more involved than I would have thought, but still pretty straight forward.
