I like the way they look but do you really want to take the chance on the reliability and quality.

My friend has a Kia Forte Koup base model. I was actually surprised by how nice it was inside. Of course it wasn't anywhere near the same level as our Lexus's. I'd say the material quality is better than what you would find in a Honda Accord though.

Kia hatchbacks have rear window defrosters to keep your hands warm when you're pushing them...

Brand bashing aside, Kia is definitely stepping up their game. Would I trade in my 2IS for one? No.

I agree with you on this one, and that 100k warranty does attract a lot of people that want a cheap new car.

All that warranty thing is good as long as you don't have to visit the service station very often due to technical problems. They might keep your car for weeks to repair it.

Notice that they say "black book" and not blue book. That means auction price. Of course they can give you 4G's over auction. That's probably the kbb value!
