I found one! but...
You can't take a car you bought from a private seller over to a dealership and get it CPO'd. If it's within the factory 4 yr/50k mile warranty, you can elect to buy a Platinum VSA, which provides pretty much the same coverage. However, in my personal experience, the price premium on a CPO car from a dealership is less than what it would cost to get a Platinum VSA on that exact same car. Not sure why, that's just what I've found. I'd recommend calling Jerry Johnson to get a quote on a VSA on that private seller car.
Seriously... look at thesecond picture of the car in the link. The reflection shows someone standing in a bathrobe taking the picture. Run, run far away from that dealership and go to a Lexus dealership for the Certified Pre Owned warranty.
I just paid 30k for a 2009 CPO IS250 with less than 4,000 miles. Yes that is right, less than 4,000 miles.

Platinum warranty does not = CPO
Not to mention for a Lexus dealer to CPO a car it has to meet many standards or be reconditioned to meet those standards... Tires, brakes, dents, scratches, prior damage or paint work, cleanliness, glass, load test the battery/ charging system, check for any open recalls or known issues, Carfax etc...It has to have the next service performed (if it has 13k miles, the 15k mile service has to be performed) so no the Platinum warranty (backed by a 3rd party Ins. Company) on a privately purchased car does not = a CPO car backed by Lexus
For example, the first Lexus service is free on a CPO car, XM will again provide a 30-90 free trial again on a CPO car. If the car doesn’t meet Lexus CPO standards after purchase, Lexus stands behind it… While the Platinum warranty is still good to have.. it is costly and does not offer the same coverage.
Not to say you cannot get a great car from a private individual, but unless you really know them and their car, I suggest you get it looked at by Lexus anyway.
Just bought a CPO IS350 a month ago....
