The MSRP for the 2011 IS350 F-Sport I got was like $43,700-ish or something but I think the price for 2012 IS350 went up slightly.

Some of the 2011 IS350 F-Sport package cars apparently did come with the F-sport aftermarket parts like the exhaust and/or lowering springs on it according to a few people who got it here. It doesn't sound like those are included in the car the OP described though.
The F-sport package does not include any actual F-sport parts (nice job on naming there Lexus).

That doesn't mean that F-sport option cars can't also get (at additional cost) actual F-sport parts added either before or after sale though.

As to the dealer telling the OP you can't get ML with the F-sport package I can't imagine why that would be true, the two options shouldn't have anything to do with each other... the only thing changing from nav to ML with Nav changes are the disc changer, amp, and speakers.... It'd be another reason I'm not a fan of the F-sport package if true though compared to the old sport package, which you 100% for sure could get with ML

to be honest, i don't understand the reasoning behind it either, it seems silly, but my dealership sent me their ordering guide when i ordered my car (for 2011, and i'm in MI), and the F-Sport package and ML+Nav package most certainly 'conflict' with each other. Not sure if that's changed for 2012.

agree as long as you were happy with the price when you ordered, that's all that matters. it's well worth the wait. i have no regrets

Well...special ordering is good except when you happen to order an IS350C with ML/Nav in February 2011. Obviously the earthquake/tsunami/radiation delayed that special order.

However, it is now Oct 2011 and we still have no word on if the special order will ever be built. In fact I'm hearing the order may be cancelled and we would have to re-order. Thanks alot Lexus!

Now looking at other options...
