If I purchase the latest 11.1 version navigation DVD for my '11 IS250, can I use the 10.1 version I take out in my daughter's 2007 IS250? I know there is very little difference in the 10.1 to the 11.1 for me, but it should be an improvement for my daughter's navigation.

I don't believe there is a DVD in your 2011... 2010+ models use hard drive based navigation, not DVD based.

HDD nav, no disk. But you could always buy the 11.1 disc and give that to your daughter.
