Only risk involved was not curbing my wheels. My neighborhood doesn't have many cars parked on the streets, and even less cars driving by at night.

Parallel parking. n. 1. The act or process of parking parallel to the curb; - contrasted with angle-parking.
While parallel parking does connotate parking in between two cars, the picture fits the definition and since the challenger wasn't more specific, that's good enough.
