finally an IS350 owner
I have lurked this forum for many years and have desired a Lexus for a while. After graduation in December of 09 I settled on a 2006 Acura TL due to financing problems on an 02 SC430. I never was in love with the TL, and always wished I had the SC on a beautiful day. I sold the TL 10 months ago to save up for something better. I really wanted an 06 SC430 but I soon found out they were out of my price range of under 20k. My second choice was the IS350. I loved the luxury/sleeper aspect.
I found an 06 posted on Autotrader with no pictures for 19k with 85k miles. The pictures were posted a day later and it was red on gray and fully loaded with navi, luxury package, park sensors. I was surprised to see it had ML audio as well. I have always been curious of how it sounded. I arrive to the dealer and see the car is in mint condition. The only imperfection I can see was black lines on the interior review mirror, it looks like scuffs but their internal. Besides the power and refinement, the audio system sold me on the car! I was in love.
After negotiating for a while we settled on 16,500 which I think was fair considering the excellent condition. It does not feel like it has 85k miles! I'm in love with the car and the color!

I forgot to add the car was Purchased at an Acura dealer, I cant imagine what they traded it in for. The only issue so far is the drives side headlight sometimes intermediately shuts off from time to time.They said it may be the ignitor for the HID and they will replace it.

WOW! 16.5k?! Man that is a freakin awesome deal for a fully loaded IS350. It has been 5-6 years though, so that sounds about right. I remember I picked up my 2003 (owner got it in Sept 2002) IS300 with 56k miles in March 2008 for 14.5k.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. They took 16.5k I believe since i bought it on the 31st of August. Last day of the month. I was driving around a beater 98 integra for the past 10 months saving money. I love to drive now. Its worth every penny to be happy, you only live once.
