My co-worker just showed me this thing called a Sea Sucker mount
http://www.seasucker.tv/

Basically the mount is held on by suction cups (although they actually have a pump mechanism to draw a solid vacuum), so it's easy to configure and take on/off.

I don't care to have a bike rack on my roof, so to me this solution is pretty awesome (at least at first glance). I'm gonna have to pick one of these systems up... I checked it out and it's $250 for the single bike mount... not too bad.

I picked up the Q Towers with the FatCat6 and the fairing for $490.34 from REI when they had 20% off.

I am guessing that the Whispbars setup might add a little to that amount.

I have a Rhino Rack 2500 Aero system on mine. I use it for my kayak and bike. Love it.

How much did the thule rack cost you? I snowboard a lot but I just take my Tacoma to the peak. I want to start taking my IS250 up there and yours seem to be the cleanest one this thread.

Bumping this thread. It's snowboard season and would love to fit more than 1 board on the car.

Would love to see more pics.

Can people post pics from the inside? Of how it's installed.

Nice, how's the snow there? Did you take the IS?
I hit Borreal twice in the last 3 weeks. Not the best resort but for $40 and iffy snow, great deal to get practice runs. Working on the jumps

We had a series of back to back storms putting up a decent base 16-24 inches. It's better than last year this time of year though so no complaints. Kinda got jumps down, wanna start jibbing but I just canceled my health care... Lol!

REALLY want a roof rack but so damn expensive. Can those with yakima and thule racks chime in on the fitment of the legs? Doors still close ok? Any trim that gets messed up? I know I can get the yakima through sewell for a bit of a discount but the thule rack seems expensive everywhere. Guess I just missed out on the sale?
