Greetings club members. I purchased the vaistech VML for my 07 IS250,took it to cartoys to get it installed but they could not get any text on the screen,vaistech said send it back so they could troubleshoot it. So is there any special install procedure ,or anything to look out for, I would sure hate to have to send it back a second time after they repair it this week.

 

^ I don't have any experience with that particular VaisTech unit, but my first thought would be to make sure the setup toggle switches were set correctly.

 

look like you're the first one have this problem.

 

I got the unit back from Vaistech ,very fast turn around. They had to reinstall the firmware, hopefully the installer will get it done this time.
