Changing the headlight bulb
Is there a DIY? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Also did a google search and it comes out with changing the ballast(which I don't think is necessary). I really hope you don't have to take apart the bumper and the entire headlight to access a simple bulb. Can some point me in the right direction? Thanks again.
No need to dismantle your front to change bulb - its accessible from the engine compartment. IIRC just remove the airbox on the passenger side and the windshield wiper fluid tube on the driver's side (or the other way around) to give you more room to work with. Both can be removed with a simple 10mm wrench.
^ Yup. You can follow a DIY on how to change parking lights if that's not enough info. The low beams have a side entry design so the low beam moisture shield will be at a 90 degree angle to the parking light/DRL/high beam moisture shield. It'll be pretty obvious once you take a look.
The DIY thread on changing that, hope its helpful
