Here's a shot from the driver's seat taken with my cam phone when I first got it... I still have to look for my cam's USB cuz all of the pics are there. I have it rented out at the moment. lol

 

Just for kicks.... here's some pics of my client's Bugatti Veyron. I picked it up from LAX and drove it to his home. It was a scary ride cuz other cars tend to drive closer for a better look. lol

I've tried out an F430 F1, a 458 Italia, a Murcielago, and a R8 V10 Roadster but this is a car I wouldn't mind taking for a spin at the track!

Hmmmm, I would've gone with 19's to leave room for lowering the car. The reason why I wouldn't lower it with 20's is because I don't like the "hella flush" look.

Yeah, I'm not really into that myself. I just always liked my wheels to be even with the fenders. Because of the fender rubbing, I actually just had my fender lips shaved off earlier today by Albert @ TWS. I'll post pics later.

 

I only rub my rear fender lips when I'm on angles but I couldn't stand it anymore and didn't want to keep taking the risk... So I had it shaved yesterday by Albert @ TWS.

V V V V It's like watching your child go through surgery!

1st PIC... We observed the rub areas and decided to shave from a point where we felt comfortable with. We used a metal saw and only trimmed about a quarter inch width of metal outside of the weld points. **You must have very steady hands for this!

2nd PIC... Carefully shaving the fender lips. We shaved off beyond the rub areas for extra safety. We made sure not to shave off any of the welded areas. Just like everyone else, I didn't want to mess with the vehicle's integrity.

3rd PIC... The shaved off part of the fender lip. We ended up trimming about a foot length off of the lips.

4th PIC... Carefully filing the metal edges to avoid metal cracking and for that smooth OEM feel.

5th PIC... Sanding the metal edges.

 

PART TWO...

1st PIC... Applying lots of sealant to seal off bare metal from rusting.

2nd PIC... We used Sikaflex Sealant which are usually used for windshield & bodykit sealing. It hardens within a couple of hours and seals completely.

NOW NO MORE RUBBING FOR ME!!! but it's still a faint of heart!!

 

Finally... Here's some pics of the new slim decoders that I'm running on my 96-LED DRL setup. Sorry for the long delay and crappy pics taken with my cam phone.

1st Pic... The new slim decoder attached to the OEM harness.

2nd Pic... The new slim decoder inside the DRL housing. It's a perfect fit- absolutely hassle-free fitment.

3rd Pic... Everything is back in place with all the wiring inside the housing. Fits so perfect like it's not even there.

4th Pic... Moisture cap sealed closed. No retrofitting needed.

Thanks bro! Yeah, I want a drop but still contemplating on that. Now that the rears are shaved, I'm more confident with about a .5inch rear drop and, maybe, an inch for the front.

I'll sleep on it again. . . lol

 

I've seen these those wheels in black on a black IS here in the forums and it's looked sick.

 

I wanted to do them in black at first but didn't know how they would come out... I wish I knew how to use Photoshop. I just decided to keep the brushed look as it was unique rather than black. The barrel and the actual plate where the rivets go (don't know what that's called) is already black so I think it blends in well. Though I would love to see them in black.
