yet another subwoofer question
I been sitting on the idea of adding an aftermarket sub for a while now. My car has ML which most of you with it knows its not a good sub to say the least. I was thinking of going shallow mount because I dont want to take up trunk space because I usually keep golf clubs and other random junk in there. One of my ideas was getting the F-Sport tire inflation unit and taking my spare wheel out and putting a sub in the wheel well. I am not even sure if thats a smart move or not lol. I also thought of putting a shallow mount under the front seat or seats. Let me have your 2 cents and other ideas.

I think I've come to the conclusion that there's nothing "sub" about the subwoofer that comes in the car. LOL! Sub=subsonic BTW.
A while back I had heard some people raving about their Bass Shakers...but IDK if they really anything good. But they're small and fit almost anywhere.

You can try the 4080 subwoofer enclosure. It's custom made to fit onto the right side of your trunk. I went with an ebay trunk enclosure that sits in the back (closest to front of car). I can and have fit 4 sets of golf clubs in my car with no problem.
Here's what my setup looks like:
It's not the prettiest of things, but it gets the job done.

^ thats the first aid kit.....
Honestly man if u talk to anyone that knows about subs youll find out anything "shallow" is crap, under the seat isnt an option, a box makes the sub sound the way u want.... The smaller the box the less sound.
