IS350 CEL/MIL/VSC problem

Hello,
i hope someone could help me with this issue im having. Im getting a misfire in cyl 1 its usually when im downshifting at a light or a turn.
other than that the car runs great and idles great.
my fuel trims are the following at idle: Short Term Fuel Trim - Bank 1
0.0 %
Long Term Fuel Trim - Bank 1
9.4 %
Short Term Fuel Trim - Bank 2
0.0 %
Long Term Fuel Trim - Bank 2
19.5 %
when driving the LTFT Bank 2 drops to around 7%
but when idling its very high. First things i did was check for vacuum leaks everywhere but found none (using smoke machine)
new spark plugs and switched coil pack from 1 to 3
but still is the same code P0301
i have checked the wiring connector for the injectors and ohmed out the injectors to 14.3 and 14.6 on 1 and 3 (still havent checked others)
i dont know what to move forward with. I was thinking maybe a clogged injector in cyl 1 but unsure
