Fog lights do not use the LED module. The LED module is for the DRL/High beam light. In order to make the fogs brighter, you would be looking to upgrade the halogen bulbs to HID bulbs using an HID ballast kit and an HID bulb. LEDs don't really output enough light to be used at nighttime. They're just used mainly for looks, exterior-wise

If you want to make your fogs brighter you'll buy an HID kit, not an LED kit/module. The LED kit/module solution is for the DRL/high-beam (and like I said, causes you to lose high-beam functionality). You can purchase an HID kit for as low as $40 that you can use in place of your halogen fogs which will make them much brighter.
