im with you,it's only scape goat answer by the mechanic that keep them blaming rotors causing your vibrations whereas the problem is simple uneven brake pad transfer and you will ended up replacing the whole entire sets.vibrations on certain speeds means that your tire/wheels are not balance or if you have defects on the rims or tires i.e. uneven wear.
