A quick review on a 07 IS250 vs 10 RX350
So, I had my IS250 in for service/recall and they gave me a 2010 RX350 for a loaner. I was excited as I alway liked the RX and thought I should have pulled the trigger on the RX instead of the IS. Well, I am in Real Estate and I drive alot. After 2 days of driving the RX, I now feel I made the correct decision on buying the IS. The RX is a great vehicle, real plush, more comfortable than my IS but damn, does it drink gas.... I would be poor filling that beast up....
On a different note. I used to sit in my car and feel like there was a buffeting from some noise in the car. I thought it was me as I am half deaf. Turned out the waterpump was making the noise and they changed it. LOL! I am so glad I spoke up about that.

I like the RX350, but you cant really compare it to the IS haha. RX350 is GREAT for small families or if you take 4 people around. The IS is not as good for taking 4 people around in. RX is more "comfortable" and IS is more "sporty" if you ask me. If i ever got an SUV though, it'd be an RX! A Lexus is a Lexus, both are awesome cars just meant for different types of people.
At least you know now that you wouldn't have been happier with the RX!

Yup! When I bought my IS, I had the option of the RX as well (for slightly more). In the end, I found my IS and bought it. You are correct. The RX is a family car. For my purposes, it did not work and I am glad I found out about that.
