how do u make ur rear wheels look like that? the top of the wheels go in and the bottom come out

That's called negative camber. The lower you go, the more it happens. Screws up tires though.

Thanks Killa. That was taken by a CL member and my buddy Chris(Rush350). It makes the rear look wide.
