Here is another recommendation for the Hankook V12 Evos. I've had them for just over a year in the stock 18" sizes, and I'm very happy with them. They've remained luxury car quiet, and tread life seems like it is going to be very good for a max performance summer tire. Be aware that they have a rather soft sidewall, so that they don't feel as capable as they really are -- Car and Driver called them "deceptively quick" and I think that's an apt description.

Michelin PS3 summer tires could work out too.

I would go for the Michelin PS3, they are still the best tire I've ever had on my IS250

++++++5050985 for the hankook v12's.

DO NOT purchase the INVO's they were horrible and since my car was lowered on fsports of all insignifcant drops, even after several alignments and replacements of the problematic tires, they would hum at certain speeds, very frustrating and irritating, considering they cost more as well.

From everything I've read I've made my mind to go with the Hankook V12 for my '08 IS 350. I need to get them ASAP actually since it's going to start getting warm soon and I need to get off my winter tires. Trying to figure out best place to buy (or order online) and have mounted in my area

Just got my V12's mounted last night. No complaints so far (only 20 miles or so driven though). I got mine done at Discount Tire...was the cheapest out of the main chains I looked at.

I bought mine from the TireRack, and had them shipped directly to one of their recommended installers. (I'm a big fan of Tire Rack's recommended installer program; before they instituted it I always felt that the local tire shops were charging me extra for mounting and balance to make up for the profit they lost of the sale of the tires)
