Also, how many miles/longevity are these cars roughly good for?

Okay, I'm supposed to pick up the car sat. The seller just e-mailed me and said he just got his paperwork from lexus and the cpo is 7yr and up to 70k miles not 100,000 like he thought. And it doesn't need to be transferred the vin number is all that is needed. Does this seem right?

I do not think that is right. CPO should be up to 7 years / 100K

okay, cpo is not transferrable, the 70k he's referring to is the powertrain. wow, what do i do? i want the car but for 20,500 is that a good price for non-cpo? maybe ask him to drop the price for me to buy an aftermarket warranty? i hate owning without warranty esp as i know nothing about Lexus, i do mean nothing lol

Anyone here have an aftermarket company that they are using.
