That is a Varis diffuser for an EVO 8.

It has no testing on the IS's but it does on the EVO 8. With the rear side diffusers and under diffuser it completly covered the bottom and attaches to the rear diff frame tight.

first one that popped in my head is integlspwr, i really doubt its functional...
