More than 1"fix-it" ticket?

More than 1"fix-it" ticket?
Anyone got more than 1 fix it tickets? Seemed like I got a fix it ticket for either tint or no front plate for every car that I've owned.. Used to be $10 now $25.. Will they ever pull up the old records and give higher fines?
