Here's a thread I saw a while ago. It's not a X50 but a F. I'd assume the interior is the same.

Im 6ft and I have a 6 month old and Ima tell you, its kinda tight back there with the seat. BUT with that being said......I make it work....after I get her in here carseat, I can put my seat back a god bit so Your not bunched up or nothing. If your over 6 ft then it might be a little concern. Hope this helped

I have 2 car seats in mine. The infant one IS tight, but the regular size one is fine. My kids are 2 and 6 months. My wives car is an 330rx we use most of the time. If the isx50 is your main car with 2 car seats that may be tight on long drives. A TSX will only be marginally better. My brother has one.

I had the same question myself as I'm trying to figure out what to do with my IS long term. The conclusion I cam to after reading a few threads is that it's not ideal so don't plan to use it as the primary kid car but is doable in a pinch. As suggested, probably put it behind the passenger seat

I have a forward facing Britax on the passenger side of the backseat. I agree with ScKcBc, it's a little tight but not really an issue that much. Then again, I only have my son in the car when I drop him off at daycare in the AM. We primarily use the 2010 VW stationwagon as it has more room.

i would definitely put something under the car seats to prevent the leather from getting creases. i have my rear arm rest down so the bass from my sub travels through to the cabin and i have creases in my leather from that. I think they might sell some rubber or foam type of mats for that specific purpose.

my wife drives a Acura TL and her car will be the primary baby carrier whether she likes or not . my car will only serves for occasional duties. this will be our 1st child so just one car seat to worry about. has someone here test drove the TSX and then an IS? is the interior space for TSX that much larger than IS?

oh and strollers dont really fit in the is trunk, at least the travel stroller system ones where the infant carrier clips into the stroller, i had to downgrade to a much smaller stroller when i bought my is, my old roommate had a tsx, i think it may be slightly bigger, but not that much.
