Default My 2011 IS250

I picked up my car in the middle of winter, which means I never get to enjoy it clean, and it means I can't take any pictures of it!

I had it clean yesterday, so I took a few pictures, but as I was at work I only had this terrible camera that almost cannot take a picture without the flash on, and even then it takes horrible pictures. Makes the interior look exceptionally weird.

Oh well, here are a couple. Once I get some more F-Sport stuff on the car and it's not the middle of winter I'll take some better pictures (without my crappy winter steel wheels on it).

EDIT: Got my grilles! To be installed soon:

Jeff

They are 17x6.5 with 205/50R17 Toyo Observe G-02+ winter tires.

The regular summer tires are the 17x8.0 with 225/45R17 and 245/45R17.

Second the floor mats...they look alright.

Are they the new all weather floor mats? If they are, I might pick them up if they are better than the one now.

You are correct that you would not be able to order an IS250 like mine in the USA. I have manual seats, no leather and no sunroof (both of which are standard in the USA). LED's are only on the HID headlights, which are optional in the USA too, but not available on the manual transmission model in Canada. I probably have one of the lightest 2IS's made. I opted for the base model as I realized I'm not a big fan of leather and in the 3 years I had my 2009 Corolla XRS, I only used the sunroof twice. I also don't care for the 18" wheels they force you to get when you buy the sport package manual.

The cloth is what Lexus Canada refers to as "Premium Fabric." It is an Italian fabric called "Cellensia" it is very similar to Alcantara, though the centre of the seats are patterned. I believe (but am not 100% sure) that it is the same fabric that is used in the centres of the F-Sport package seats (as they do not use Alcantara like the IS F does).

In Europe you can get the Cellensia seats with power and heat. I would love to pick up a set of European power/heated cloth seats.

I plan on putting either the sport suspension or IS F suspension (shocks/springs) into the car, with the F-Sport sway bars. My F-Sport package grilles came in today, and I plan on ordering the spoiler(s) as well as maybe the emblems.

I really like the 2011 17" wheels, so I plan on keeping them, but I may have them coated in liquid graphite (2008 18" wheel colour). We'll see, if I can find a set of IS F 19" wheels or the 18" F-Sport package wheels for a good price, I *may* go for those. I think I may do 15mm spacers on the rear to get the front and rear at the same position.

They're the Canadian all-season floor mats. The USA ones are different, I can't remember what they look like now, but I believe they are different. Starting in 2011, all Lexus models come with the all-season floor mats now, so I didn't even have to buy them.

Another shot of my fabric seats:

They're from a 2006-2011 RAV4. I didn't buy the center caps because I didn't want the Toyota emblems on my wheels, lol.

Once I get my original 17's back on the car will look so much better.
