Default Wheel Spacers Install

Searched and couldn't find any guides on installing wheel spacers. I ended up purchasing some wheels and they were made for a 250 so they don't clear the brake caliber in the front. I need to install 10mm spacers for them to clear and fit right so I am just wondering if anyone out there has done this before and how easy was it? I saw a youtube video on it but the video showed how to install them on a Mustang using basic bolton spacers not the Ichiba 10mm Spacer Kit (which is the only one I have found for this car).

Can anyone offer any advice on installing this kit, as well as ease and time it may have took?

TIA!

Project kics has bolt on 10mm just bolt the spacer where the wheel is then install the wheels on the Spacer bolts. It's up to you if you want to use locktite . I did

ichiba also has the v1 and v2 spacers. with the v2(which has the extended studs built in) you have to make sure you're old studs wont stick out too much preventing your wheel from fitting flush to the spacer. In that case you would have to shave the original studs off a little bit but i didnt want to do that so i went with the v1 and just exchanged my studs with the extended ones. Its a 30min to 1h job...

You might want to read this thread before installing any spacers, especially V2 spacers.

Sry to bump up a semi-old thread but yesterday I took off my 10mm ichiba v1 spacers off the rear and left the extended lugs there still.

My question is should I take the extended studs off and replace them with my factory studs? I know for re-sale its better to include the extended studs with the 10mm spacer...but is it hard to do and costly? Is it worth it if I plan to put a 19x10.5+22?
