Thanks again everybody for all the compliments Its awesome, I appreciate it If any of you guys are local, Socal, Orange County area, and want some pics, let me know! you can catch me at local meets.
I love those pictures. That was one of the first IS' i saw when i started modded my car. Just awesome.
Thankyou
Yup there are so many replicas now a days, and my rims are one of them.
I had been thinking about redoing the car, and adding a kit, new wheels, etc. but I then got into photography and all my funds have been going towards that. I get more satisfaction from it than from modding my car.
Oh god you bought back my old ugly pictures! I didn't start getting into photography untill 4 months ago, those ugly ones are just from a plain old compact camera!
No offense taken, i don't try to pass them off as real. they're knock offs. Although I've been asked so many times if they are varrostoens and when i say they are apollo's they're like what? so i have just been saying yes they're varrostoens haha.
Yes I take to many pictures of my car. I need to start taking pictures of other local members more!
Thankyou, I took it with my Canon 60D, with a Canon 24-70mm 2.8L lens I shot @ 43mm wide open aperature. It a composite made up of 3 different photos so it looks properly exposed.
1st was exposed for the sky and sun
2nd was exposed for the car
3rd was exposed for the shadow, wheels and other dark areas
Then put them together in photoshop, tweak levels, and this is what you get .
Heres the camera

I started liking it when I saw this.

Actually IIRC, I think they are replica's (nothing against the op, I think they look good on his car). I think they're called Apollo's
