i have 35w ddm kit in my fog lights and no issues whats so ever. ive been using DDM since they have been introduced and never had a issue. and never had to deal with warranty dept on any cars ive owned. they just last. the flicker issue some people i know have had was because they touched the bulb upon install. not sure if its the main cause but thats what have been recorded a tracked from installs

Highly recommend not using the DDM D4S in OEM Lexus ballast. Almost burnt my harness with them. Went with Garax instead. There kits on the other hand are great!

how did you know that it was burning them? did you feel that something was wrong or did you just open your hood and saw the harness?

Neither

Go with xenon depot. I've had kits from all 3 brands and xenon depot has the best quality

I too have been using DDM ever since they first came out. Nothing has failed on me and hopefully it stays like that.

DDM tuning raptor ballasts made by Apexcone were the best ballasts for the price. So sad they discontinued them. They were indestructible and lasted forever. Never tried the slim ballasts but heard they aren't as good.

My driver side would flicker and shut off, after trouble shooting I decided to swap bulbs with the OEM ballast to see where the problem would be at (ballast or bulbs) when I pulled the bulb you can smell and see burning inside the socket and a little around the D4S bulb itself.

But my DDM fog light HID kit works perfect. Had them on my '09 accord since I got it and they still work great.

Just wouldn't use a low quality bulb in the Lexus. Got to pay to play lol

HIDXtra i went through 4 of their kits in a year! They ended up giving me their top of the line kit for the price of their $50 kit.. So far no problems. But i forsee it coming.

I prefer Morimoto 3five kits. I've tried a few brands that were mentioned here and in other threads and always go back to Morimoto.
