hmmm,Clearly he isnt boosted, and the intercooler is just for people to assume he is boosted. Posers FTW

That's funny if he is posing... even funnier if he actually boosted a 250... lol his money though... mayyybe he changed the engine and didn't upgrade the breaks yet?

I doubt he changed the engine.. And even if it isn't a 350 If i had the money I'd love to boost my 250! That is a rare sight indeed.
