congrats on the new car! that 3M will really be a big help against road debris. any other mods planned? black cars are a pain to keep clean. i too thought i'd never get a black car, but then you see how sexy it looks on the roads and out the dealer you go with a high maintenance color ride. lol!

Yup, black on black....and possibly on black when the spring comes! 3M, tint and winter tires is all that I've done for now. As for future mods, I wasn't going to do much over the winter, but I've kinda decided that I would like to get the Joe Z intake and spoiler soon too. I'll save up some mod money over the winter to get some coilovers and wheels once the snow melts. I previously had LC Dynas in hyper black on my bimmer and now, I really like the 818's. Hopefully, they will come in gunmetal by then! I'll have my car back by tom afternoon and will post pics once I get her. Thanks for the warm welcome gents.

And yeah....black is hard to keep clean...but it looks so good freshly waxed!

i actually like the heavier steering feel. since you came from a BMW, you should look into doing the steering damper mod. Its only about 30 dollars and you can feel a noticeable difference in the steering wheel as you drive

Hmmmm, steering wheel damper huh? I just searched and read 12 pages about this damper you speak of. Very interesting! Might have to see if the local dealership can order this. Thanks for the advice!

Nice ride! Sounds like the perfect all-around choice for your needs. Also like the new stock rims. A sporty improvement over past base rims. I actually think these look sportier than the new 18" option.

Ok guys, got the car back yesterday and took a few quick pics for you. Forgive the dirtiness of the car, it's the middle of winter I got bored today and matt black vinyled the grill surround. As well, I included a couple shots of my old Bimmer. If anyone would like to see pics of how I vinyled the grill just let me know, I took a few photos.
