I have 235/30/20 in the front with F sports and it rubs on hard dips and if i turn semi hard (ie: into a driveway) while decelerating. But I haven't done anything to liners

Yea the way I melted the liners up...it will be good to go with 225/35

yea your probably still going to rub. OEM OD is 25.08 and your going to 26.20. It's also going to raise your car an inch in the front. Your better off going with 235/30/20. In general:
40 series is good for 18's
35 series is good for 19's
30 series is good for 20's

I wish that Vossen had found a way to increase the concavity of the front wheel. Regardless, it is a classy-looking design.

you mean width right? Because 225/35/20 would give you more sidewall then 235/30/20, but it would most likely rub AND not look right.
The 235/30 is .4" wider, but .33" less sidewall.
