nope... you need the oem lip to install it.

Let me get this straight I have the GFX factory front lip on my car you have to have this and the 5 axis lip goes right over it?

nope... you need the oem/non-gfx lip...
to install the five axis lip you'll have to take off your gfx lip, install the factory lip (2 pieces) and install the five axis lip over it...
hope this makes sense
