If he's not taking responsibility, I suggest we all boycott nigel.

So if no one reports 2 right mirrors, you are SOL? Wow, I would have expected a better response than that from a CL vendor.

Why can't they give you a right mirror and keep the one when it gets sent back to them? I thought that would be the logical thing to do lol. But I'm not a businessman, what do I know..

Yes that is very poor customer service. He should have shipped you the left mirror immediately no questions asked. Since he did not that would be the last time I would order from that vendor. It's a shame that many company's these days don't know what proper customer service is. This is why the economy is in shambles and so many companies are going out of business. If you want to keep your head above water, treat your customers like gold because if you don't you'll drown.

he just send me pm and he said that he has enough mirrors for the group buy, so he don't have extra black one to ship? so now i am stuck

I would ask for a full refund and if he doesn't then file a dispute through your credit card company. I also say we ban him from CL, we don't need vendors like that on here.

wow thats a bummer, ive read good things about nigel, reguardless you should contact a forum mod and see if they can help you out... he should immediately of shipped out a new piece for you.

if you can get a full refund then do it. but have nigel pay the return shipping.
so far at this point all i see is poor customer service.

WOW, the other guy ALREADY come in and tell me he got the other side.
Like I said, I already email whoever ordered the black color mirror to pm me if he has the 2 mirror in the same side.

Guys, nothing have to worry.
I am a stand up guy, these mirror are from the group buy and I made this deal happen because I order 10 of them at once to offer such a low price.
When we hit 10 people in the group buy, I ordered 10 sets of mirror and painted in the color they want.
No more, no less. This is why I do NOT have a mirror on hand to ship to him right away.
If it is something like the visor, or tail light, sure, I WILL ship it right away!
I did not order any extra or have any extra due to the cost would be higher and I won't be able to offer such a low price to you guys CL members.

BTW, this issue is FIXED.
Two of them already pmed me and I agreed to pay for my mistake.
Hopefully, ohiois350 will come in and explain.

There you go! Problem solved. Sometimes a little patience is necessary considering that the OP only posted this yesterday afternoon and as Nigel explained this was a group buy and he can't ship what he does not have. A mistake was made but there is no need to crucify the guy for it. Give him a little time to react. I say coming back to solve the problem in less than 12 hours (OP was made at 3:30 PM EST yesterday) is pretty good compared to other companies out there who take days if not longer to react and solve a problem.

Hey Nigel, I didn't mean to post the thread to complaint about your service, what I was posting for how unlucky I am after waiting for the long weeks from the group buy to start and to the day finally arrived to my house is 3 weeks, when I got the mirrors and was excited to get ready to install, and the bad thing I felt bad about is that I took everything apart, run the wire, and ready for the covers, and got two same sides, that why I post the thread saying that i am the unlucky one didn't mean to tell bad about you, but anyway I apologize for the thread if you are in my situation you would know how I felt same as the other member whose got two left hands any way problem solved GREAT NIGEL
