Luminics Ultra Violet DRL Pics?
can anyone post a pic of the Luminics Ultra Violet 9005 bulb being used as DRL in daytime with 30% power?
http://www.luminicsbulbs.com/9005_bulbs.php
i know its been said that no matter what color the bulb is.. if it's running at 30% power it still looks stock yellow
just wanted to try my luck before i bite the bullet on the luminics JDM yellow

true LOL,
When it gets here ill take pics when its installed. Yea i ordered from that same website.
I was looking at getting Nokyas but after the melted harness problem i was kinda hesitant. Ill see how these are, they seem kinda light yellow to me the Nokyas look a lil darker

and yes, i think out of PIAA, nokya, and luminics.. luminics has the softest yellow?
but yea.. since most people went with luminics i'm thinking to go with the same brand too
also heard mixed reviews of nokyas

i was just doing a search on luminicsbulbs.com and i hear bad stuff about them and their service. some people say their credit card was charged but never got the bulbs or something like that.
do you mind also posting a pic of the packaging of the bulbs? just wanna see if they are the legit luminics 55w bulbs

oh! i thought it was only a canadian holiday?
today's thanksgiving here in canada!
the more i search on other sites the more i think the bulbs on luminicsbulbs.com are 65W rather than 55W.
i've searched on ebay.. and other sites that sell luminics, including luminicsusa.com and all i can find are 65W bulbs.
i'm planning to buy from this site:
http://www.automotivelightingusa.com...dm-yellow-9005
that's why i really wanna see the packaging you're gonna get to make sure your bulbs are really 55W. because if they are indeed, then i will buy from the luminicsbulbs.com site
but if they are 65W, wouldn't that be close to the 70W nokya bulbs that melt harnesses? lol
on a side note, in 65W is fine with the OEM harness.. i really wanna try these instead!

heard they're more yellow!

yes, i am seriously considering getting the krypton series ones for comparison! but i'm thinking if i need a heavy duty harness just to be safe.. i'll see what other ppl say!
but pics will be hard to compare since the white balance will be different and all~ we'll see
i think you'll have to take out the windshield fluid tube when installing your DRLs right? just wanna make sure, it's a 10mm bolt right?
