I suggest you serch part number 53112-53160, 53112-53140 with pre-crash sys. I got mine 53160 (for normal L emblem) from lexuspartnow.com I am not sure Genuine or OEM Part bt came with Toyota box and lable.

 

supposedly nextmod has a lx-mode replica. they claim it fits 06-09.. they say the "inner grill didn't change.. it should fit"...

 

Correction.
Mine was 53112-53140 w/o Pre-Crash. 53160 is for Pre-crash sys.
this grill fits for 09+ model. (09 has larger inner. cut x100 then fit to 06~08 but not recommend per too much wk from my exp). I know stock grill only.....

 

can anyone verify if the outer grill surround is the only thing that doesnt fit??
