Never had any issues even though they never answered my emails. But the process and the shipment are great so far.

 

I've ordered from them twice and never had any problems. Shipping was fast too.

 

They have been stellar to me. What I find helps, if there is a problem, call them. If you are reasonable but persistent, you'll get what you want. And, they give really good deep discounts for the forum people. Good luck

Same issue as most the folks on this email... they sent the wrong door sills and I had to re-pacakge and ship back.

Biggest issue was recently. I ordered the "F-Sport Badges" and it says on their site "Badge is factory equipped on the limited production special edition F-Sport Convertible IS250." http://is.sewellparts.com/accessorie...-2009-250.html

This is incorrect and they are not the OEM installed versions. I paid over $100 and they're not the OEM versions.

 

I took advantage of their F-Sport promotion and ordered the F-sport sway bar set (labeled F-Sport Stabilizer Sway bar set) and F-Sport intake. I didn't open the packages until this past weekend when I intended to install them and was disappointed to find that I had been short-shipped the front sway bar! I emailed and called to leave a message but haven't heard back from them yet. The other 2 times I ordered from them, I received all parts quickly and timely. Hopefully they were just swamped with F-Sport orders and just made a mistake. Mistakes happen, what matters is how quickly they rectify the situation!

I also had trouble getting a hold of someone by phone. Darrell got back to me today by email and was very helpful. They issued an RMA for the rear sway bar and are shipping me the set. I think someone just shipped the wrong box. Problem promptly fixed.
