i had a set of vs-xx in burning black they are nice but they have an extra shine to them or reflective chrome you would say to it in certain lightings.

Exactly what im worried out, im thinking in the Sun it'll look straight chrome

I have VS-FX in burning black. IMO it never really looks like a chrome finish. It's more like a gun metal finish (at least I think so).
