i thought AWD cars have to be on a tow bed not like that..

Yeah that didn't look right

Also, you said the shock was blown, but didn't you change out the springs before going to the dealer? So how did you miss it? I advise you blur out your license plate ASAP.

thats some bad luck man. i couldnt even fit cigerettes under my car and nothing this bad happened. i broke stuff but i guess i got off lucky.
