I was talking about the famous "1%" difference in tire rotation. I believe it's the diameter and speed variance that you want under 1%, so I was curious how close to stock that set up is. Thanks again.

Probably not if you're only lowering 20mm. I've lowered mine on coils probably 2.5"? This is my car on 18x9.5" +30, with 245/40/18 tires. Camber in the rear corrected to -0.5 degrees, I believe the same for the front. So your wheels will sit out just like mine do, but you'll have more wheel gap.
I do rub up front though, to the point where I had to bend back the metal on the bumper tab. I haven't gone as far as relocating the bumper tab like others have done though. Keep in mind, I'm running 245/40, so even at my height if you run 225s you shouldn't rub anything but the fender liner.

Looking to purchase a set of wheels with the following specs for my IS AWD:
Wheels (front and rear):
Diameter = 19"
Width = 8.5"
Offset: 35 mm
Tires:
235/35/19
Will these work without any fender modifications? Also, will they sit flush?
Thanks in advance!

pretty sure it will fit but want to be 100% sure: 18x8 with 45mm offset will fit 225/40/18 tires all around? i have awd and currently have stock wheels 17x8 45mm offset. will wheels with 40mm offset fit the 225/40/18? sorry, new to wheels. tia.
