So I just purchased an '06 IS350 with nav and ML sound.
(ver8.x software i think)

I can play movies and dial via touch screen while moving. Can someone tell me what the prior owner has probably done?

Want to move forward with data input while moving, but dont want to undo whatever was done!

Quick suggestion - generally speaking, it should be alright to post this sort of thread in the "general" second generation IS forum. Many of these special interest forums are rarely looked at, to be honest.

Sometimes, a moderator might step in and move your topic to "Performance" or "Suspension" (or Racing if it's a race story), but for the most part it's OK to use the general forum for these sorts of questions. That way, you can be sure that you'll get a couple of hundred views versus 5 or 6.

For every 100 views you typically only get 1 to 2 responses as it is, on average. This particular forum is sort of "no man's land"

 

So Ive noticed... lol!
