Rattle under passenger dash

Rattle under passenger dash
I started my 2008 IS250 today and there was a very loud rattle for about 10 seconds underneath the glovebox. I could feel it the most by the lower passenger vent. This happens for about 10 seconds every time I start the car. Does anyone know what this might be?

problem solved
I took it to Lexus this morning and found the pin came loose and the arm was off track to the cabin blower. Luckily it wasn't broken! See thread below for more info.
