Eh? Pretty sure Lexus (corp) requires free loaners if the car will be held more than 8 hours or overnight.

If he's charging $10 for shorter loans that's probably allowed

Yeah, I do all my own oil changes. It's not really time-consuming or difficult at all. I can understand paying like $50 for someone else to do it for me (parts and labor), but $85 is a bit pushing it.

i'll have to re-check the sign when i go and get my pedal done. it is possible they just excluded short visits.

45 dollars for oil changes, and getting the inspection and every fluid topped off.
But now, i take it to my mechanic. He worked for Lexus of Glendale for 5 years. I just take him the oil, and he does everything for 15.
