I'm in the market for an used IS 350 and narrowed it down to 2008 or later due to the steering and handling changes. (I'm coming from an Audi -- unreliable!!)

Sometimes the used listings are not as complete as I would like, but one option that I must have is the auto dimming mirrors - both rear and sides. If the car has memory seats does that mean it will also have auto dmming side mirrors?? I can tell from the pictures if it has memory seats, so this would help me out a lot.

 

Yup, exactly right... if it has memory seats it has either the Luxury package (if it's also got woodgrain then it's that) or the Sport package (no woodgrain) and those are the only 2 packages that give you the auto dim side mirrors.
