Default looking for window fuse location

Looks like my rear passenger side window went out today. Not sure if its just a fuse issue or the regulator is busted. I'm not seeing any power to the switch (the little LED on the window control is not green).

Two questions;

1. Where is location for rear passenger side window fuse?

2. Any related DIY to remove the window control switch assembly? Or just the whole panel altogether?

No, this is not like the 2000+ other posts asking about why their main window control isn't working after they've disconnected the battery.
