Your car is like a twin of mine - I'm a 2007 IS350 Obsidian w/ X Package, Nav & HIDS.
Easy things to do - swap out your parking lights for LEDs so they match your HIDS (It looks like you have HIDS? If you hear them "buzz" when your ignition is off but your lights are on, they are the HIDS). Swap out your fog lights for yellow bulbs - some people like to go w/ HIDS on fogs, but the yellow halogen bulbs work quite well too and are much less of a hassle to install. Sewell Lexus sells an interior LED kit that changing the reflectors in the front doors from red to white, and the incandescent bulbs to "whiter" LEDs... imo, it looks pretty good.
If you want to make it sound more aggressive, the best thing you can do is put in the F-sport intake. During casual driving, you can't hear any difference, but when you get above 3500rpm and give it some gas, you hear a nice deep roar. The JoeZ pipe is a good choice if you want the performance gain (like +1 whp) without the noise.
An exhaust will also make a noticeable change, but most of the louder ones come w/ a drone when cruising on the highway. I have the Tanabe which is the quietest - it adds a very subtle bass note at low RPMs, then fades out high in the engine band... kind of offsets perfectly with the intake.
As far as handling goes, the F-sport sway bars are a must have. It won't lower your ride, which is also something I can't do as Houston roads are absolutely awful, and I couldn't get into my parking garage if I was any lower. They can be installed yourself in an hour using some Blitz ramps from Autozone (you'll also need some 2x4's to place in front of the ramps so your lip will clear them).
If you haven't already, red the FAQ for more ideas. Have fun!
