I'm pretty sure my front will be ok, its the rear I'm worried about. I'm currently running 19x9.5+40 with no rubbing even with 2 people in the back seat.

hey guys

18 x 9 and 18 x 10 wheels with +38 offset

would these scrub on full lock if I lowered the car by 1.5 inches?

car is is250 prestige 2008

will 235/40 and 255/40 stretching too much? don't want the wheels to scrub hence the tyre size

19x8.5 +38: 235/35/19

19x10 +43: 275/30/19

dropped on f-sport springs. Will this fit without any fender mods?

front should be fine, i was saying do a roll so you dont unfold them on a drive way with your wheels turned.

do 225/40 front and 255/40 rear. you shouldnt have any problem with rubbing.

Default Wheel and Tire Size Confusion

I'm at a loss right now, I looking to purchase the Lumarai wheel, I hear the 20" weels with fit fine on the IS but I have my ride dropped with the F-Sport Springs. These are the couple of option im thinking about.

20"
225/30/20 or 235/30/20 for the front
255/30.20 or 267/30/20 for the back

now some people are telling me the 30 series tires are really small and you would want 35 series tires instead, I dont want to make any fender or wheel well mods so i debating on going with the 19s with these tires

19"
225/35/19 or 235/35/19 for the front
255/35/19 or 265/35/20 for the back

what do you guys think i should do? I would love to have the 20s if the 30 seires tires are fine to ride around in. any ideas?

20's look so much better on the IS, I am running 235/30/20 and 275/30/20 and I am SLAMMED on BCR's...If your going to keep the F-Sport springs then just go with 19's cause its gonna look weirdo that high with 20's. 225/30 on a 20 is like a rubberband! my 275 is nice, and my 235 gave me a little more meat also. I started with a 225 and switched to a 235. Go with 19's unless you want to go slammed on coils.

i got stock 18 inch x package wheels with 20m spacers in front and 25mm in rear. currently have 225/40/18 front and 245/40/18. I have all my fenders rolled flat but i am rubbing up front badly on hard turns.
will 215/40 and 235/40 fix this?
