I want to paint my grill but dont know the DIY steps... whats the benefit of wrapping it over painting it?

I'd say save your money, it's a Lexus, don't think of a cheap way to mod your car. You are broke, save your money for something that's worth it.

Just my opinion, no hate. Good luck modding!

i think the purpose of my thread has been missunderstood. i dont want "cheap" mods. I want mods like say "painting the brakes" its a great mod that is easy to do and inexpensice.

well today i remembered the easiest, inexpencive bang for your buck mod..... I got 5% tint.

I was surpriced at how damn dark 5% is... but it looks sick

Its dark and this is a 3 mp camera so the pictures really suck.

Wile i was there the guy left a big peace of tint paper on the trunk of my car. From were i was it looked like i had a black trunk... And it looked awesome!!! I want it!!

If your wrap it, you can take it off in the future if you want the chrome back. If you paint it, you have to buy a whole new grill. Your tint looks good btw!

nMeOnE called your car a Truck because it looks Sorta 4X4 With your current setup. But thats just everyones sterotype around this form. Everyone wants the "Tire tucking Slammed show car look" even though sometimes* its not ideal for driving becuase of where you live.

ok so i read most of the Nav wire cutting Hack and i will be doing it in the morning.

Have a few questions...

People mentioned that to input addresses to just use the menu bypass... as far as i know this only works on the 06 models and later models dont have the menu bypass.

Is there a way to be able to input an address wile driving on 07 models??

Also are all the wire colors and the steps the same for 07 and up models??

Did you guys just use electical tape to connect the 2 wires? (pink and silve/white)
