On 2/24/10 I bought the 2010 Infiniti G37x Coupe. Sold the IS 350 the day before.

The bluetooth phone system on the Lexus is much, much better. Easier, more efficient and simpler to use. I liked the phone system in the Lexus. I dislike the system in the Infiniti.

The navigation system in the Infiniti is a little better than the Lexus.

I've had the Infiniti for over a month and had one recall. The radio scan system worked but it would scan up when you selected scan down. I never noticed because I never did that.

Satellite radio is free for the first 90 days.

 

I was surprised to read your comment about the bluetooth. I thought it was good in the IS, but really like the ability to scroll through recently dialed numbers using the steering wheel buttons on the G. I also like that you can go to the nav or audio screen in the G while on the phone, and it will show a status "toolbar" on the bottom of the screen for the phone call.

I received the same recall for the radio. I was surprised it was even a recall, considering it's not a safety item and I might have never even noticed it.

Apologies to Club Lexus for all the G37 chat - hopefully it's valuable in comparing the two vehicles.
