I am wanting to smoke out my tail lights and after looking around on here it seems that Aero Tect have the best stuff to use? Are there any other vendors or ebay sellers that are just as good? What did you guys use?
Aerotect for sure. they have high quality film, very good customer service, and a reasonable price. plus, they even have installation videos posted on their website for those who what to DIY. best of luck!
Go with the CL Vendor. Aerotect has supported this community for years. Plus, they put forth the $$$ to keep this site running - the least we can do is help them move some product.
not sure what the TN laws are or how the cops work over there, but i went with a light smoked tint on my tails. that way cops here can still see the red so technically its not in violation. anything too dark might warrant them being a little too nosy and looking around the entire car. if cops are more lenient over there or if theres no law regarding tail light tinting, id go with the darkest tint. just looking at your sig now and see you have SGM- i think light tint would flow perfectly with that color. dont forget to post up pics after you do this mod!
^ i agree. i was skeptical of the tail light tinting to begin with, but it is a nice addition on a ride. i pass cops all the time, and there is still enough red to show through, even in daytime. i dont see that many people doing it, which is a good thing.
