Default IS Cluster Gauges

I am wondering if there's any differences between an AWD, Automatic, Manual 06-10 Is250s/IS350s Cluster Gauge?

The manual transmission model is missing the "PRNDL" and sport shift gear indicators, making the center of the cluster look at bit empty compared to the auto tranny car.
